Services I Offer

Administrative Support

You can count on me when it comes to tasks that require word processing skills, oral communication, writing skills, and computer skills (MS Office, Google docs).

 

Recently, I learned Branding; using Canva for social media posts and banners, letterheads, and logos; using Filmora (due to a child's school project :-)); Social Media Management; Simple Website Creation, Online Writing and Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (online and Off-line).

I used to handle multiple tasks in my previous office-based jobs, attending to walk-in clients as well as handling phone calls and inquiries, setting up appointments, and a lot more secretarial and administrative functions.

I can also be of help when it comes to planning, organizing, budget preparation, and the like.  

 

I am a quick thinker and an effective decision-maker.  I work every day as if it were my first and every day is a learning day for me

Transcription

I can work in this area with speed and accuracy.  I have fantastic typing skills having been in this field for some time during my stint as Stenographer and on my other secretarial and administrative tasks.  Typing was the most required skill in my previous jobs. I am excited to venture into deciphering colloquial accents and understand the context of the verbatim and the grammatical and punctuation errors.  I am very resourceful and love research so as to understand the basic terminologies of the industry being subjected to transcription. I have good listening skills and love to accept the challenge of facing indiscernible words.  I will consider this as learning while working.

Social Media Management

I can assist you in Social Media and Management and Marketing, the Creation of Social Media Content and scheduling the same for posting at a specified time, and the Preparation of an Organic Social Media Marketing Plan. These are some skills I learned from the Filipino Virtual Assistance Freelancing Course.

Internet Research

I am always hungry for knowledge, so I love surfing the net.  Internet has been the most valuable tool in getting information on businesses and establishments that are subject for scrutiny during my graduate school. Also, in finding latest circulars and issuances on my previous job.

 

Research materials are  valuable tools in drafting business plans, activity or events plan.  I can assist you on this.

         

There is probably nothing we can do if we put out heart and mind into doing it.
